Job Summary
Drama Teachers are integral to our faculty, delivering high-quality lessons and fostering a love for the arts in young people. As a Drama Teacher on a fixed-term contract, you will cover maternity leave and have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development and extracurricular activities.

About the Role
This position involves teaching Drama to students at GCSE and A Level, inspiring creativity, and supporting their artistic growth. You will collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning, and participate in related extracurricular activities. We seek a qualified teacher with experience in secondary school Drama education, including GCSE and A Level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach engaging Drama lessons to students across GCSE and A Level
  • Foster a passion for Drama in students and support their creative development
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and teaching resources within the Drama department
  • Participate in extracurricular activities related to Drama and the arts
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Experience teaching Drama at secondary school level, including GCSE and A Level
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young people
  • A commitment to continuous professional development
