Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Join Keltbray Group as a Quantity Surveyor and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional commercial results within our Energy Transmission & Distribution Business Unit. Based in our Preston Brook Office, Cheshire, you will be part of a dynamic Commercial team that drives profitability, cash management, and accurate reporting across all schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the application and credit control processes, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of income forecasting, pricing variations, and change control systems.
  • Manage project risk, CVRs, CTC, and forecasting data to inform commercial decisions.
  • Collaborate with the contract delivery team to ensure profitability, cash management, and accurate reporting.
  • Assist with weekly cost-to-complete/budget reviews and upload documentation as required.
  • Review weekly site records, including allocation sheets and site diaries, to inform commercial strategies.
  • Attend project progress meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare monthly financial performance reports to inform business decisions.
