About the Role

Haart, the UK's largest independent property services group, is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional, personalized service to our diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to generate new and repeat business.
  • Market properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills and techniques.
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Strong IT skills, including basic Microsoft packages.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
