About the Role

Haart is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team in the property services industry. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to generate new and repeat business
  • Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills and strategies
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
  • Canvass the local area to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills, including basic Microsoft packages
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
