Job Summary:

As a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and increasing market share within the plumbing and heating sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading construction field sales recruitment consultancy, specializing in placing candidates into challenging and rewarding roles.

This dynamic position involves managing a significant territory, working closely with sales teams and directors to achieve outstanding results. You will inherit a substantial potential growth area, with a 50/50 split between account management and new business relationships. Your primary objective will be to grow the territory significantly by selling high-quality water heating systems, including boilers, renewables, heat pumps, cylinders, biomass boilers, and air heaters. You will spend the majority of your time selling directly to, and stimulating demand with, plumbing and heating installers and contractors. The remaining portion of your time will be dedicated to selling into independent and national merchants.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in field sales and territory management, along with experience selling plumbing and heating associated products to installers and contractors. Ideally, you will have worked for a manufacturer, selling to plumbing contractors or installers, and possess a stable career history. Additionally, you must be trustworthy, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and hungry for success.
