Shift Pattern: Monday 8 hours, Sunday 6 hours
Pay Rate: £11.66 per hour
Job Overview
ABM UK is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our cleaning team. As a Cleaning Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. You will work closely with our established team to ensure that all cleaning duties are carried out to a high standard.
Main Responsibilities
- To ensure that all cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with ABM UK and health and safety guidelines.
- To complete cleaning duties to a quality that meets the expectations of ABM UK.
- To be clean and smart in appearance while wearing the provided uniform, representing ABM UK to the fullest.
- To provide great customer service and support colleagues where opportunity arises.
- To work alongside the Cleaning Coordinator and complete tasks as instructed.
- To complete ad-hoc duties as directed and when required.
- To represent ABM UK to the required high standards.
- To provide cover for staff holidays, training, and sickness.
Person Specification
Essential
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and to your own initiative.
- To be flexible towards working hours.
- Smart and clean appearance.
Desirable
- Experience of working within the cleaning industry would be advantageous.
- Clean driving license is advantageous.
