Job Title: Cleaning Operative
Location: The Mander Centre
Shift Pattern: Monday 8 hours, Sunday 6 hours
Pay Rate: £ per hour
Job Overview
ABM at the Mander Centre are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join the cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers, providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively with the existing team.
Main Responsibilities
- To ensure all cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with ABM and Mander Centre health and safety guidelines.
- To complete cleaning duties to a high standard, meeting the expectations of ABM and Mander Centre.
- To maintain a clean and smart appearance, representing ABM and the Mander Centre at all times.
- To provide exceptional customer service and support colleagues as needed.
- To work closely with the Cleaning Co-ordinator and complete tasks as instructed.
- To complete ad-hoc duties as required.
- To represent the Mander Centre and ABM to the highest standards.
- To provide cover for staff holidays, training and sickness.
Person Specification
Essential
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexibility towards working hours.
- Smart and clean appearance.
Desirable
- Experience working in the cleaning industry.
- Clean driving license.
