Marketing and Communications Opportunity

Tonbridge School, a leading boys' boarding and day school in the UK, is seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications professional to join its team. As a key member of the Senior Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing, communications, and public relations strategies to promote the School's brand and values.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in strategic marketing and communications, with experience in brand management, public relations, and pupil recruitment. You will be a creative and inspiring leader, able to motivate and engage staff, students, and parents to promote the School's mission and values.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies to promote the School's brand and values
  • Managing the School's brand and reputation, including social media and online presence
  • Coordinating public relations and media activities to promote the School's achievements and initiatives
  • Working closely with the Senior Team to develop and implement pupil recruitment strategies
  • Leading and managing a team of marketing and communications professionals
