Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing and Communications Director to join our team at Tonbridge School in San Elizario. As a key member of our Senior Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans to promote our school's brand and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to engage with our target audience and promote our school's mission and values.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing and communications professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing and communications plans.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Team to develop and implement a brand strategy that aligns with our school's values and mission.
  • Manage and maintain our school's online presence, including our website and social media channels.
  • Develop and implement a crisis communications plan to ensure effective communication during times of crisis.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing and communications strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications leadership roles, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing and communications plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
