Solar Installation Team Lead

**Job Summary**

ERSG Ltd is seeking a skilled Solar Installation Team Lead to join our team in Norwich. As a key member of our solar installation team, you will be responsible for leading a team of installers to complete residential on-roof installations in the local area.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of installers to complete residential solar installations
* Ensure all installations meet the required quality and safety standards
* Coordinate with the client to schedule installations and ensure timely completion
* Manage the team's tools and equipment
* Collaborate with the client to resolve any issues or concerns

**Requirements**

* Minimum 2 years of experience in residential solar installation
* Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* 18th Edition, BPEC/EAL/LCL Solar Certificate
