Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Drive improvements in management information and reporting, working closely with the Group Finance Team and Commercial Departments.
  • Manage all costs, including payroll, overheads, and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and monitor the overhead budget, including re-forecasts and reporting.
  • Manage the daily cash flow and work with the business and commercial departments to drive optimum working capital management.
  • Prepare annual reports and accounts, and manage the audit process.
  • Assist with tax compliance and the annual renewal of insurances.
  • Develop and monitor team performance, including delegation, training, and setting targets.
Requirements:
  • Significant management experience and part-qualified or qualified in CIMA/ACCA.
  • Strong background in management or ready to step up to the finance manager role.
  • Excellent management accounts experience and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment.
