Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and coordinate designs for new developments, including masterplans, urban design projects and outline applications
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure design coherence and consistency
• Conduct site visits and meetings with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry
• Support/manage small to middle-size projects while mentoring junior team members and be a key player in delivering large strategic masterplans
