Londinium Recruitment is currently recruiting for a High-End Construction Specialist to join our client's team in Central London. Our client is a highly reputable residential main contractor with a proven track record of delivering high-end refurbishments and fit-outs of residential and commercial buildings.

As a High-End Construction Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the successful delivery of projects with values up to £20M. Key responsibilities include tendering and estimating, procurement of key packages, fully understanding detail and specialist requirements, recommendation reporting of specialists, package management including variation and commercial management of change, attending and leading commercial meetings with suppliers/subcontractors, supporting the project team, leading client valuation meetings (prepare and submit client valuations), developing and sharing the supply chain, working autonomously on their own project leading it from inception to grave, cash flow reporting, and commercial reporting to the Directors: monthly CVRs & commercial strategy advice on positioning.

To be successful as a High-End Construction Specialist, you will need to possess 2+ years' experience working on residential and/or commercial new builds or refurbishments/redevelopments, a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar, high-end experience would be looked upon extremely favourably, ability to deal with people at all levels, well-presented & confident. The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £80,000 depending on experience.
