Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the firm's market-leading real estate finance practice group to deliver exceptional legal services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Provide expert legal advice on real estate finance matters to clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in real estate finance, preferably in a top-tier law firm.
  • Strong academic credentials and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
