Warranty Administration Specialist

About the Role:
Perrys, a leading car dealership group, is seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to join their team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warranty process within the service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control all warranty claims within the department, ensuring compliance with group and manufacturer standards.
- Work closely with advisors and management to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of warranty claims.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warranty claims, using the 1link and/or Kerridge system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months' experience in warranty administration or service administration.
- Good knowledge of the 1link and/or Kerridge system.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
