We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Services Engineer to join our team at OSI Maritime Systems. As a key member of our Service Engineering department, you will be responsible for providing engineering support for the integration and problem diagnosis of our navigational system products.
Main Responsibilities- Provide technical support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our navigation systems.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues related to our products.
- Collaborate with our Systems Engineering and Software Test departments to design and implement system test environments.
- Develop and deliver technical training to customers on system installation, maintenance, and problem diagnosis.
- Provide customer support through email and telephone.
- Discuss technical issues with OEMs and provide service engineering support to internal staff.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained and required documentation is produced in compliance with company standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of engineering experience. You should have a strong understanding of electronic and Windows operating systems, as well as experience with navigation products and system networks. Excellent customer relation, prioritization, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to learn new procedures and techniques. Travel may be required, and you must be eligible to meet and maintain requirements for security clearance.
