About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Commercial Manager looking to take their career to the next level. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of major projects across Watford & London.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, value engineering, and risk management. You will report directly to the Commercial Director and work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.

In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of projects and concentrate on change within these projects. Your responsibilities will include contract administration and reporting, value engineering, risk management, and ensuring compliance with commercial governance.

What We Offer:
