Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Property Services Manager to join our team at AWD online in Oxford, Oxfordshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established housing association, delivering high-quality property management services and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage allocated rented accommodation, including issuing tenancy paperwork, collecting payments, and minimizing rental loss.
  • To coordinate the end of tenancy process, including processing notices to vacate, managing rental accounts, and arranging rent refunds as necessary.
  • To serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving complaints and issues promptly, and providing guidance and advice.
  • To conduct regular estate and property inspections, maintaining accurate records, and taking action to address any issues identified.
  • To monitor contractor performance, providing feedback to stakeholders on any performance deficiencies.
  • To deliver residential property management duties, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing customer disputes and anti-social behavior.
  • To facilitate effective communication with Operational Teams, customers, and partnering Trusts, as required.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Previous experience in property management, ideally with a focus on front-line customer service.
  • A proven track record of problem-solving for residents and understanding their needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and ability to compile and write reports.
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C).
  • A willingness to study towards professional membership/qualification, such as CIH or IRPM.
