Our team works closely with these partners to provide training, support, and resources to ensure the effective implementation of these services.

Job Description

This role involves supporting the smooth functioning of our organization by handling human resources, recruitment, HR administration, office management, and providing general support to the Operations team. The successful candidate will work closely with team members to ensure that daily operations run smoothly and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

The job entails a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Assisting the People and Culture Manager in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Handling HR-related inquiries and administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and benefits administration.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Coordinating staff training, professional development programs, and workshops to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions in collaboration with the People and Culture Manager and the Employer of Record.
  • Working closely with the Employer of Record to ensure accurate processing of contracts, payroll, and adherence to local labor laws.

Additionally, the role requires the ability to work dynamically and respond quickly and appropriately to unexpected needs, as well as solve problems, transfer knowledge, and develop new skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work quickly, methodically, accurately, independently, and use initiative to problem-solve proactively.
