Parker Jones Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Brand Liaison Officer to support their National Maintenance Contractor in the Basingstoke/Reading areas.
This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to become permanent, offering a company van or car allowance, fuel card, and a competitive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and tenants, providing updates on job progress and addressing complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the Contract Manager to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
- Support the helpdesk with daily emails from sub-contractors and clients, and visit tenants as required.
- Utilize MS Office, including Word and Excel, to manage tasks and activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar RLO position.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and tasks.
- Good geographical understanding of the Basingstoke/Reading area.
Benefits:
