Team Leader - Residential Conveyancer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancing Executive or Solicitor to lead and develop our expanding Residential Conveyancing team in Northamptonshire.

About the Role

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years PQE working within residential property, covering sales and purchase caseloads. As a proven conveyancer and team leader, you should be confident in liaising with clients and estate agents, be IT literate, and committed to using case management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the existing team and assist with the further growth and development of the department
  • Handle a full caseload of Conveyancing sales and purchases
  • Develop business development skills and contribute to the firm's growth
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory and business development experience, be able to hit the ground running, and possess excellent technical and interpersonal skills. You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years' PQE gained within Residential Property. You will have an aptitude for business development, be enthusiastic, driven, and able to manage a caseload and meet tight deadlines.
