Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Team Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Team Manager to join our expanding team in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing a team of conveyancers, handling a full caseload of residential property transactions, and contributing to the growth and development of our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of conveyancers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of residential property transactions.
  • Handle a full caseload of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases, and ensure timely completion.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our department, identifying opportunities for business development and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in residential property law and conveyancing procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' PQE in residential property conveyancing.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • IT literate, with experience of using case management systems.
