The Role

This exciting opportunity is open for a highly motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service to our members and supporters at The Kia Oval. As a Supporter Services Executive, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service through various channels, including email, phone, and match-day interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Offer personalized service to all guests, creating a positive first impression of the club.
  2. Liaise with other departments to resolve customer queries and provide top-notch service to our members and supporters.
  3. On match days, provide face-to-face ticket office and reception services, while assisting and setting an example for match-day staff.
  4. Assist in creating membership packs and guides to be sent to members at the start of each season.
  5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve our service.
  6. Participate in member engagement events, such as member forums and focus groups.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with numbers.
  • Motivation by a passion for quality and excellent customer service delivery.

  • An annual salary of £28,808.
