Job Overview

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Lawyer for Estates and Trusts to join our team in Crewkerne, Somerset.

About the Role

This position involves managing your own caseload covering areas such as Wills and Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and Deputyships and Court of Protection matters. You will also gain valuable experience in agricultural matters and work closely with senior fee earners on complex cases.

Requirements

  • A newly qualified solicitor or up to 3 years PQE in private client law is required.
  • Relevant private client experience is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills.
