Tractor Driver

**Job Overview**

We are a large, diversified rural business in South Somerset with Organic farming at our core, milking 900 cows across 3 herds.

We are seeking an experienced Tractor Driver to join us working across our organic estate as part of our agricultural operations. All machinery is modern and kept up to date.

**Job Duties Include**:

- Hedge trimming
- Silage making
- Grassland maintenance
- Slurry tanking
- Bale hauling and stacking
- Cleaning out sheds
- Some relief feeding
- Livestock haulage
- Dung spreading
- Routine basic inspection and maintenance of equipment used
- Ensuring Health & Safety requirements are met and comply with our high standards

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Full Valid UK driving licence
- Competent driving tractors and operating other agricultural machinery
- Prior general farming work advantageous
- Be flexible and self-motivated
- Be able to work both independently and as a member of a team

- Agricultural: 1 year (preferred)
- Tractor Driving: 1 year (required)
