Transforming Finance for Aviva Healthcare

We are seeking a skilled Finance Operations Specialist to join our team and drive the transformation of our finance systems for Aviva Healthcare. As a key member of our finance change team, you will be responsible for managing change activities and delivering new systems into our financial control environment.

About the Role:

  • Ensure financial control is integrated into the finance elements of the build.
  • Collaborate with the finance value stream to understand finance requirements and ensure the solution is fit for purpose.
  • Deliver efficient and effective user acceptance testing, including billing, collections, and cash management.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the new platform for finance functionality.
  • Support business readiness and training activities for a safe implementation into finance.
  • Support BAU as the new systems embed.

Requirements:

  • Experience of Financial Control Framework.
  • Knowledge of general insurance data flows for finance and finance data systems (Finance Data Hub, Oracle Fusion General Ledger accounting) and/or good knowledge of Health Care data and its uses.
  • Analytical, investigative, and collaborative approach. Able to make initial assessments and recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder/relationship & communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt current skills and experience to new areas.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: Circa £50,000 (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus: Opportunity of 10% of annual salary (dependent on performance and Aviva's)
