Transforming Finance for Aviva Healthcare

We are seeking a skilled Finance Operations Specialist to join our team and drive the transformation of our finance systems for Aviva Healthcare. As a key member of our finance change team, you will be responsible for managing change activities and delivering new systems into our financial control environment.

About the Role:

  • Ensure financial control is factored into the finance elements of the build.
  • Work with the finance value stream to ensure finance requirements are understood and that the solution is fit for purpose for finance.
  • Deliver efficient and effective user acceptance testing, including billing, collections, and cash management.
  • Develop detailed knowledge of the new platform for finance functionality.
  • Support business readiness and training activities for a safe implementation into finance.
  • Support BAU as the new systems embed.

Requirements:

  • Experience of Financial Control Framework.
  • Knowledge of general insurance data flows for finance and finance data systems, or good knowledge of healthcare data and its uses.
  • Analytical, investigative, and collaborative approach, with the ability to make initial assessments and recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder/relationship and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt current skills and experience to new areas, including the ability to think wider.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: Circa £50,000 (location, skills, experience, and qualifications dependent).
  • Bonus opportunity of 10% of annual salary (actual amount dependent on performance and Aviva's).
