We are seeking a Remediation Works Coordinator to join our Special Projects division at Vistry Group Careers. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for managing remediation works on legacy projects across the group.

This role combines technical and project management aspects, offering excellent experience, on-the-job training, and career progression opportunities within the company.

Key Features:

  • Approximately £80,000 - £110,000 per annum salary

As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate our company values: Integrity, Caring, and Quality. You should possess a professional qualification from a recognised institution and at least 5 years of experience in the built environment.

You will be conversant with building regulations, CDM Regulations, and Health and Safety. Co-ordinate project teams throughout the planning and development process to ensure timely and effective delivery of remediation works on legacy projects.
