About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth, manage our sales team, and expand our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with our manufacturing team to ensure alignment and optimization of sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record of business growth and revenue expansion.
- 3+ years of sales team management experience.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their impact on sales strategies.
- Ability to commute to our Coventry office 2-3 days a week.
