Key Responsibilities- Support the Nursing Team: Assist with the day-to-day running of the nursing team, providing administrative support and contributing to a fast-paced and busy nursing function.
- Client Support: Empower clients to better understand their relationships with their body as they move through the recovery process, and support them in moving towards health as they navigate recovery.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage time effectively, coordinate diaries, and provide administrative support in meetings and discussions within the nursing team.
- Observations and Record Keeping: Observe, monitor, and record clients' presentations, communicating information in a timely manner to the clinical team.
- Support with Clinical Tasks: Assist with weight monitoring, taking ECGs, performing and recording observations, and supporting with risk assessments and care planning.

- Team Collaboration: Support the nursing team in maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and organized clinic room.

- Professional Development: Participate in regular clinical professional supervision and reflective practice, and assist with clinical audits as directed by the nursing team.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate ongoing personal development through participation in internal and external development opportunities, and be flexible and adaptable in response to the needs of the service.
- Client Focus: A keen interest in supporting wellbeing and recovery in others.
- Nursing Knowledge: Educated to degree level and an interest in learning about nursing.
- Eating Disorders Expertise: An interest in Eating Disorders and a passion for creating and working in an innovative specialist service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and body language skills, with good communication and compassion.
- Boundary Setting: Ability to hold boundaries and maintain a professional demeanor.
- IT Skills: Excellent IT skills and the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Monday to Friday Work Pattern: A standard Monday to Friday work pattern with a 40-hour week.
