About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Handler to join our team at Alexander Mae (Bristol) Ltd in Clevedon, North Somerset. As a Case Handler, you will be responsible for managing cases efficiently from providing nominations, instructing experts, and arranging appointments to sourcing medical records and obtaining reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to customers and their clients in the Personal Injury process.
  • Manage cases efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Liaise with professionals such as solicitors, accredited medico-legal experts, and claimants.
  • Coordinate and manage the booking of appointments, ensuring claimants are informed through various means of communication.
  • Ensure instructed medico-legal experts have all necessary paperwork, including medical records.
  • Obtain reports in a timely manner, completing necessary checks to ensure CPR compliance and fitness for purpose.
  • Undertake training in areas of case management to follow Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Ensure database entries are up to date and files are kept in good working order.
  • Build relationships with solicitors through effective communication, providing regular updates on case progress.
  • Diary, communicate, and track deadlines.
  • Work as part of a team to complete daily allocations, workflows, and meet performance expectations.
