Caseload Coordinator Role:

By devising and implementing personalized plans, you will contribute significantly to reducing substance-related harm within the community.

Job Description:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
  • Create and review individualized recovery plans, adapting to changing circumstances as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support networks for clients.


Benefits and Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on experience. Additional benefits include generous annual leave entitlement, an annual leave purchase scheme, enhanced occupational sick pay, and contributions to your workplace pension.
