Job Description

As a Senior/Event Project Manager at ESP Recruitment London (Events), you will be responsible for the overall strategic planning and delivery of events. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions, while leading a team of professionals to ensure successful project execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Receiving and understanding client briefs and delivering accurate quotes aimed at inspiring client engagement.
  2. Being the project owner, directing information to our internal and external partners, including supply chain, venues, and clients.
  3. Liaising with the Construction Manager, Operations Team, and craftspeople to complete work on time and to the highest possible standard.
  4. Tracking budget spend and project margin with adjustments made where required.
  5. Taking briefs from concept and quoting stage through to full project delivery.
  6. Maintaining a high level of finish and detail.
  7. Keeping all parties informed at all stages of the production process, dealing with on-site schedules and changing briefs.
  8. Attending and contributing to weekly production meetings to keep up to date with ongoing projects.
  9. Contributing to business development, identifying opportunities for the company to extend its service to new and existing clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of project management within the events industry.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a creative flair for problem-solving while working to changing timelines and priorities.
  • Ability to work with autonomy on various projects and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
  • Good time keeping and efficiency.
  • Strong organisational ability to manage various workloads/projects.
  • Ability to professionally manage teams while out on site.
  • Managing financial quotes and keeping to budgets.
  • Be highly self-motivated, with a commercial approach to managing projects.
  • Have strong communication skills with the ability to understand and suggest solutions, considering all the various departments of the business.
  • Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to provide solutions.
  • Have strong organisation skills.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is £60,000-£70,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
