We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As an Educational Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with complex needs to achieve their full potential.

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with education teams to implement effective strategies for improving student outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance on Trauma Informed and Neurodiversity Affirming practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with schools to provide psychological support and guidance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff on topics such as trauma-informed care and neurodiversity.
  • Contribute to the development of service-wide initiatives to improve student outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Educational Psychology or related field.
  • Registered with the HCPC.
  • Proven experience working with students with complex needs.
