About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, raising purchase orders, creating presentations, and managing data using Excel reports. They will also assist in arranging travel and meetings, conducting research, and liaising with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise purchase orders for the team
  • Process invoices for multiple suppliers
  • Create PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage emails and phone calls
  • Prepare and manage data using Excel reports
  • Arrange travel and meetings
  • Conduct research and analysis for project managers
  • Liaise with suppliers and maintain relationships with Key Account Managers
  • Set up user accounts for the Procurement Department
Requirements
  • Administrative experience in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience managing invoices is highly desirable
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize deadlines proactively
