At Colas Rail, we are seeking a skilled Railway Infrastructure Manager to join our team in London. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of freight services.

Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with rostering and training teams, driver standards managers, delivery managers, and staff at all levels to ensure freight services operate smoothly. A clean safety record, current PTS (third rail) appropriate to CTRL, full UK driving licence, and flexibility with working shift patterns are essential requirements.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a valued employee, you will also receive a Company funded Job Use Van, Business fuel card, and Wellbeing Employee Assistant Programme.
