This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth and leading a team to success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motor industry management, excellent communication skills and a proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations.

About the Role
  • Promote and maintain the Mr Clutch brand image, embodying our values and ethos.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and wanting to return.
  • Maximise volume and revenue, meeting and exceeding financial targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians and support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure the security of stock and monies, being accountable for any losses.
  • Ensure the highest standards of house-keeping and maintenance are maintained within the centre.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: 48 hours per week (8.30am - 5.30pm Mon - Fri & 8.30am - 5pm Sat)
