We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Asset Management Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful integration of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Open Asset, with our Project Management and Customer Relations Management (CRM) system, CMap.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, enrich, and quality assure Digital Assets across the business
- Develop and host user training sessions
- Share industry best practices
- Ensure the implementation of new established processes across our teams
- Work closely with our Business Development, Marketing, and Communications teams
- Liaise with all Service, Specialisms, Structural, and Operational teams
- Strong IT literacy and experience with Microsoft
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with teams and managing project deadlines
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and/or Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems
- Experience with the DAM system Open Asset
- Industry experience in media, digital asset management, digital library, librarian sciences, or archives
- University/College degree
