  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, healthcare benefits, and flexible working arrangements.
