Main Responsibilities of the Role

The Team Leader will work closely with the Deputy Manager to coordinate the resident assessment process, ensuring involvement of the resident in identifying needs and preferences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all relevant information is written and communicated to achieve delivery of a person-centred approach.
  • Working hands-on with the team to ensure the appropriate levels of care are in place always.
  • Delivering exceptional care and support to residents, including outreach and support to families.

An estimated salary for this role is £15.92 per hour plus company benefits.
