Lead a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead one of our client's Residential services in the Suffolk area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to service users, while managing the day-to-day operations of the home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Residential service
  • Ensure compliance with CQC guidelines and regulations
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual needs

Requirements:

  • Level 3 (NVQ) Diploma in Health and Social Care or RMA (Registered Manager Award)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience working as a Registered Manager in a similar care setting
  • Great knowledge of CQC and their guidelines
