About Sail Biomedicines:

Sail Biomedicines is revolutionizing programmable medicines by harnessing evolutionary and artificial intelligence. Our platform combines first-in-class programmable RNA technology (Endless RNATM or eRNA) and industry-leading nanoparticle formulations to unlock comprehensive programming of medicines for the first time.

**The Role:** We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist I/II to join our mission of developing novel programmable delivery technology. Your contributions will play a crucial role in testing and further training advanced AI/ML models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop novel methods to advance our understanding of nanoparticle mechanism of action, evaluating functionality, targeting efficiency, and potency of novel delivery modalities.
  • Manage multiple experiments, projects, and interactions with supporting functions simultaneously.
  • Interpret, troubleshoot, and report complex data.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline, with a strong background in developing diverse formulations with in vitro/in vivo applications.
  2. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects concurrently, and collaborate across disciplines.
  3. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, innovative environment.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
