Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Coordinator to join our team at Academics Ltd.

Mainstream Primary School in Swindon is looking for a motivated individual to provide academic support to students.

This is an exciting opportunity to start ASAP and shape the learning of young children.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

The salary for this position is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing academic support to students in mainstream primary schools
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Developing and implementing strategies to support student learning

Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience working with children in a educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
