Job Title: Learning Support AssistantAbout the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the learning of young children in a mainstream primary school setting.

The role involves working alongside specialist teachers to create a dynamic and effective learning environment that enables learners to flourish and maximise their potential.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will engage, support and develop the learning of children, assist with the delivery of creative and well-planned lessons and be the spark for a child's light-bulb moment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the learning of children across the curriculum
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Providing individualised support to children with varying needs

Requirements
