Sales Representative - The Opportunity

You'll be an integral part of our sales team, supporting our EMEA Sales Manager to achieve business objectives.

As a Sales Representative, you'll manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized customers, contributing to a larger sales portfolio.

You'll build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

Sales Representative - Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional sales support to small and medium-sized customers across EMEA
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow account share
  • Work closely with Account Managers Europe to maintain and grow business with large strategic customers
  • Support the Account Manager EMEA with annual Business meetings with our REP
  • Proactively address potential issues to prevent escalation
  • Qualify new customer leads and share with Account Managers to generate pipelines
  • Support Global Marketing Manager in promoting social media activities in Europe
  • Assist Sales teams with product samples at International Business Shows
  • Engage with customers and prospects to promote our major Product Lines
  • Process customer enquiries, answer questions, and facilitate order wins through quotations

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About You:
  • Degree Qualification (BS / BA or equivalent)
  • Relevant experience in telesales/lead generation, qualification, and quantification
  • Strong commercial understanding and experience
  • Customer-centric approach, focusing on relationship-building and improvement
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Background in high-volume electronic component sales and sensor sales
  • Language proficiency in a second European language, preferably German or French
