Job Overview
Tagged Resources is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Apparel Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and commercially viable designs for childrenswear and babywear products.

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled designer with a background in licensed goods, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to present ideas to clients and buying teams. They will also have a working knowledge of critical paths and experience of liaising with Far East suppliers.

Main Responsibilities
- Designing childrenswear and babywear products (age range 0-14 years)
- Staying up-to-date with current trends and consumer preferences
- Coordinating with the sales team and technical team to ensure design specifications are met
- Analyzing sales feedback to inform future design decisions
- Creating and sending sample requests, line drawings, and artwork to factories

Requirements
- Experience of designing childrenswear and babywear products
- Background in licensed goods
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum depending on experience.
