About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to play a central role in establishing new procedures and controls for the management of technical documentation for industrial plants and facilities. The successful candidate will develop change management skills working closely with the wider Industrial Operations and SHEQ functions to ensure support and buy-in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct an inventory of current technical documentation available by site, ownership, and location (storage repository).
  • Complete a gap analysis of industrial sites related to technical documentation.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external networks.
  • Influence and motivate with a good level of emotional intelligence.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Process Engineering (or equivalent). IT skills - G-Suite Applications (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides). Computer Aided Design (2D and/or 3D). English fluency is mandatory.
