Helpdesk Administrator - Facilities Management Specialist

CBW Staffing Solutions is delighted to be working with a specialist engineering company in the recruitment of helpdesk administrators. This is a national company with strong contracts and due to a national win of a new contract, they have several openings for helpdesk administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and prioritize engineer's workload to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance staff to ensure workload is completed and planned maintenance schedules are actioned.
  • Monitor and organize day-to-day performance of the engineering team, ensuring schedules and rotas are in place and communicated effectively.
  • Coordinate spares and parts procurement and scheduling of fitting to minimize downtime.
  • Advise the services manager of any issues affecting performance and develop strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain key interdepartmental relationships to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Understand and operate the customer's maintenance management system to optimize performance.
