Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they're safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Requirements:
- As a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home. This includes observation, medication, reviewing, and evaluating individual care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team.
- You'll have previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard.
- You'll be confident in offering clinical guidance for care teams and be crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.
