Senior Structural Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at Strata Construction Consulting. As a key member of our structural delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the structural engineering aspects of major projects and programmes across a wide portfolio of water frameworks.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the structural delivery of projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
  • Conducting structural analysis and design for concrete, steel, and masonry structures
  • Providing mentoring and guidance to junior team members
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects

You will have the opportunity to work on some of the best projects in the water sector, with a focus on concrete, steel, and masonry structures. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills in structural engineering, with a focus on concrete, steel, and masonry
  • Experience working in a 3D design environment
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as Tedds, STAAD.PRO, Robot, or similar FEM analysis software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
